The January dinner meeting of the LWVSNM will feature two guest speakers who work intensively on one of the most urgent and difficult problems in our region — how to help immigrant children and families. Stephanie Gonzalez and Yaha Aguilera coordinate the efforts of Save the Children and Border Servant Corps in our area.  Even if you are not a member of the League, consider joining us for this important conversation.  Our meetings are held at Good Samaritan Society Social Center, 3011 Buena Vida Circle.
