Come join the excitement at the Las Cruces Civic Plaza on Saturday, March 26.  Beginning at 1:00 p.m., a celebration for Women’s History Month will take place with speeches, dancers, singers and a free door prize giveaway.  The event is sponsored by the Southern New Mexico Suffrage Alliance which is comprised of several organizations that support women and women’s issues, and by the City of Las Cruces.  The keynote address will be given by US Magistrate Judge Carmen Garza.  All ages are welcome to the free event.  Some chairs will be provided or bring your own.
